"Report Back from Palestine"

Please join Peace and Justice Works member Michael Sonnleitner for a "Report Back from Palestine" on Saturday, November 13 at 2:30 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church Fireside Room, NE 16th & Hancock. Sonnleitner is the Chair of the Peace and Conflict Studies program at PCC and a Fulbright scholar.

Palestinians live as second-class citizens, subject to the whims of the government of Israel, which has occupied the West Bank and Gaza in defiance of UN resolutions since 1967.

Sonnleitner visited Palestine for two weeks after a stint teaching Gandhian thought in India. After his presentation, there will be a Q&A session.
